Our Refund Policy

The vacation user / member understands that used vacation charges/ gateway fees is/are non refundable under any circumstances. Amount will be refunded after deductions of vacations used/ service charges / govt taxes / gateway charges etc. Within 45 working days after receiving cancellation requests from the customer side.
